Oleksandr Skliarenko, the managing partner of the company, a member of the board of the Association of Attorneys of Ukraine, took part in an expert discussion at the First Forum on Direct Taxation. The event was organized by the Association of Tax Advisers, the All-Ukrainian Association of Administrative Judges, the Association of Attorneys of Ukraine and the Platform "Taxlink" and attracted a lot of attention from the judges of administrative courts, heads of tax authorities, as well as specialists practicing in the field of taxation. The focus of the discussion at the Forum was topical issues of administering direct taxes, taxation of legal entities and individuals, as well as relevant jurisprudence on the application of tax legislation.
