Andriy Trigub spoke at the VII Winter Forum of the AAU on Criminal Law and Procedure

Andriy Trigub, the lawyer of the "Skliarenko, Sydorenko & Partners", Attorneys-at-law, made a presentation on "Problems of protection in corruption crimes" at the VII Winter Forum of the AAU on Criminal Law and the Process, which took place on December 15, 2017 in Kiev.

Andriy shared with participants his vision of events, Top 5 security problems, among which lawyer described: the practice of provocation, limited possibilities for refuting the results of the NSRD, abuse of detention with an excessively large amount of bail, problems of protection from pseudo-complicity and the heap of case materials.
