The newly released 2025 edition of Benchmark Litigation Europe has recognised Skliarenko, Sydorenko and Partners in the dispute resolution practice area.

The research results have been published on the website of the leading international guide.

Since its inception in 2008, Benchmark Litigation has focused exclusively on dispute resolution.

The research methodology is based on three key elements: analysis of the casework submitted by law firms as examples of their work; peer feedback from practising partners in the relevant jurisdictions and practice areas; and feedback from corporate clients and in-house counsel. As part of each research cycle, the Benchmark team conducts numerous interviews with litigators, dispute resolution specialists and their clients, reviews recent cases and gathers professional assessments of firms and individual lawyers.

There is no cost to participate in the research or to be ranked.

The European guide covers the main dispute-focused practice areas, including arbitration, commercial disputes, competition and antitrust, insolvency, labour and employment, intellectual property, international arbitration, tax disputes and white-collar crime.

For the firm, this recognition naturally complements the results of other international research. Since 2016, The Legal 500, in particular, has annually ranked Skliarenko, Sydorenko and Partners among Ukraine’s leading law firms in dispute resolution, criminal proceedings and private client work.
