The independent international directory The Legal 500 has included Skliarenko, Sydorenko and Partners Law Firm among the recommended law firms in Ukraine in three practice areas: dispute resolution, white-collar crime, and private client.

In the area of dispute resolution, The Legal 500 describes Skliarenko, Sydorenko and Partners as a firm with a specialised practice and strong expertise in commercial litigation, administrative disputes, and criminal proceedings. According to the ranking, Managing Partner Oleksandr Skliarenko represents a broad range of leading domestic and international clients; Partner Andriy Tryhub handles multi-layered disputes involving parallel proceedings; and Partner Andriy Sydorenko advises on criminal law aspects of cases conducted before the courts.

The ranking also separately mentions Andriy Tryhub, who, according to clients, has a deep knowledge of the law and current court practice. Among the key matters in this category, The Legal 500 highlighted advice to an Austrian insurance company on preventive dispute resolution strategies aimed at minimising potential regulatory impact.

The practice is led by Oleksandr Skliarenko and Andriy Tryhub, who regularly act in disputes concerning family, tax, employment, and intellectual property matters. Among the key matters in this category is advice to entertainer Andriy Danylko and singer Gaitana on judicial and out-of-court protection of their copyright.
