Oleksandr Skliarenko
Managing Partner, Attorney

 Education: Masters Degree in Law (diploma with honours), Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv, 1998.

Admitted to the Bar, 2004.

Mr. Skliarenko has extensive experience in Ukrainian litigation, particularly in dispute resolution arising from contractual relations between economic entities in the field of corporate relations. He specializes in tax litigation, as well as in cases of insolvency (bankruptcy).

Oleksandr Skliarenko successfully represents Clients before courts of general jurisdiction, commercial courts and administrative courts as well as in pre-trial dispute resolution.

Prior to founding “Skliarenko, Sydorenko and partners”, Attorneys at law he was a Counsel of Litigation Practice at the Kyiv office of one of the biggest international law firms.

Since 1996, Mr. Skliarenko practiced in the field of legal support of business entities (contracts, handling complaints, representation in courts). In addition, since 1998, he took part in the formation and management of the legal services of large companies. He was also a member of the management teams of the organizations.             

Member of the Ukrainian Bar Association and Ukrainian Lawyers Association.

In 2012 Mr. Skliarenko has been elected to the position of a Vice-president of Ukrainian Association of Insolvency Practitioners.

In 2014 was elected to the board of the Association of Tax Advisors.

According to the results of the All-Ukrainian survey Client’s Choice 2010-2011, 2014 (Yuridicheskaya Gazeta) Oleksandr Skliarenko is among the Top 100 Lawyers in Ukraine and also among the Top 20 Lawyers highly recommended in Litigation Practice.

Mentioned among the leading experts in the field of tax disputes, according to the first professional periodical "Yuridicheskaya practica" (Ukrainian Law Firms 2013. Handbook for Foreign Clients).

In 2015 he was elected to the Board of the Ukrainian Lawyers Association.

In 2016 according to the independent international guide The Legal 500 Mr. Skliarenko was noted among the best in the field of dispute resolution (strong negotiation skills).

Andriy Sydorenko
Partner, Attorney

Education: Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.

Admitted to the Bar, 2005.

Andriy Sydorenko has vast experience  in Litigation Practice. He specializes in protection of clients in criminal proceedings, representing of Clients in courts of different instances and also his experience includes the method of mediation -  professional negotiating assisting in amicable dispute resolution.

Before founding “Skliarenko, Sydorenko and partners”, Attorneys at law Andriy was a Senior Lawyer of Litigation Practice at the Kyiv office of one of the biggest international law firms.

Mr. Sydorenko has been practicing more then 10 years. He also worked in management positions at high-profile companies leading legal departments.

Member of the Ukrainian Bar Association, Ukrainian Association of lawyers. In 2014 was elected as chairman of the Committee on Criminal Law and Procedure of the Bar Association of Ukraine.

As a result of the All-Ukrainian investigation "Client Choice" by Yuridicheskaya Gazeta  Andriy Sydorenko is  among the most recommended lawyers in criminal law and procedure.

2008-2013 he worked in a commercial enterprise in positions of legal advisor to the head of the legal department.

In 2012, he worked part-time as an assistant of the department of higher education.

He joined the team of Attorneys at law "Skliarenko, Sydorenko and Partners" in 2013.

Since 2014 Board Member of the Committee on Criminal Law and Procedure of "Ukrainian Lawyers Association".

In 2016, he collaborated with the European Union Project "Support for Justice Reforms in Ukraine" as a national expert.

In 2017, he was included in the rating "The Legal 500 Europe, Middle East and Africa" by the version of "Lawyers of the Next Generation".

In 2018, he was ranked by "The Legal 500 Europe, Middle East and Africa" among the recommended jurists.
