Mr. Skliarenko has extensive experience in Ukrainian litigation, particularly in dispute resolution arising from contractual relations between economic entities in the field of corporate relations. He specializes in tax litigation, as well as in cases of insolvency (bankruptcy).
Oleksandr Skliarenko successfully represents Clients before courts of general jurisdiction, commercial courts and administrative courts as well as in pre-trial dispute resolution.
Prior to founding “Skliarenko, Sydorenko and partners”, Attorneys at law he was a Counsel of Litigation Practice at the Kyiv office of one of the biggest international law firms.
Since 1996, Mr. Skliarenko practiced in the field of legal support of business entities (contracts, handling complaints, representation in courts). In addition, since 1998, he took part in the formation and management of the legal services of large companies. He was also a member of the management teams of the organizations.
Member of the Ukrainian Bar Association and Ukrainian Lawyers Association.
In 2012 Mr. Skliarenko has been elected to the position of a Vice-president of Ukrainian Association of Insolvency Practitioners.
In 2014 was elected to the board of the Association of Tax Advisors.
According to the results of the All-Ukrainian survey Client’s Choice 2010-2011, 2014 (Yuridicheskaya Gazeta) Oleksandr Skliarenko is among the Top 100 Lawyers in Ukraine and also among the Top 20 Lawyers highly recommended in Litigation Practice.
Mentioned among the leading experts in the field of tax disputes, according to the first professional periodical "Yuridicheskaya practica" (Ukrainian Law Firms 2013. Handbook for Foreign Clients).

Andriy Sydorenko has vast experience in Litigation Practice. Mr. Sydorenko has been practicing more then 10 years. He also worked in management positions at high-profile companies leading legal departments.
