Skliarenko, Sydorenko and Partners celebrate their 11th anniversary by resuming the office's full operation

July 13, the Skliarenko, Sydorenko and Partners Law Firm is celebrating the eleventh anniversary of the company's foundation. This year, the Law Firm’s birthday is related with the completion of the reformatting of activities and the resuming the full operation of the central office.

"In 2022, all Ukrainian business faced the challenges of martial law in the country. The transfer of employees to a remote form of work, the preservation of clients' files and documents, the shift of emphasis and areas of activity, the expansion of operation in a safe region, the support of employees and the provision the maximum of their labor rights in extremely difficult conditions. Our company has experienced all of this in recent months, - said Oleksandr Skliarenko, the managing partner of the Law Firm. - And today we can say with confidence that our team has passed the test of strength and gained new experience. This includes, in particular, assistance in the creation and adjustment of the work of volunteer organizations, organizational and legal support for the current activities of their headquarters, support of business in wartime, etc.

At the same time, despite the difficult times, none of the clients of the law firm were left on their own. "We continued to support criminal cases, economic and civil disputes at the decent level," noted partner Andrii Sydorenko, who personally took on the responsibility of ensuring the smooth operation of the company's office in Kyiv. - We must understand that everyone's right to professional legal assistance, guaranteed by Article 59 of the Constitution Of Ukraine, is not subject to restriction, even under martial law.

As of today, the company is returning to normal work in its office in Kyiv. We invite our colleagues, as well as regular and potential clients, to celebrate the 11th anniversary of the law firm over a cup of fragrant coffee.
