July 13 Attorneys at law "Skliarenko, Sydorenko and Partners" is celebrating its 8-th anniversary of its founding.

The company was founded in 2011 by Oleksandr Skliarenko and Andriy Sydorenko, who previously practiced litigation in one of the largest international law firms.

Lawsuits remain the main focus of Skliarenko, Sydorenko and partners. Their subject covers corporate disputes, bankruptcy, protection of honor, dignity and business reputation, protection of intellectual property, tax, labor disputes, show business, contract disputes, etc. The court practice is headed by the managing partner Oleksandr Skliarenko.

Today, the company also has considerable experience in criminal proceedings, mainly in the field of White Collar Crime. Lawyers have repeatedly defended top managers of large companies accused of tax evasion, bribery, fraud. In this area, the main practitioner is a partner of the company, Andriy Sydorenko.

According to the results of studies of the Ukrainian legal market, attorneys at law has repeatedly received rating recognition. A year after the start of work, the company became a finalist for the Legal Award in the category Discovery of the Year. And starting from 2016, the authoritative international rating of The LEGAL 500 annually marks attorneys at law Skliarenko, Sydorenko and Partners as one of the leading law firms in Ukraine in the field of dispute resolution. Also, the business English-language publication Kyiv Post Legal Qarterly in 2019 included Skliarenko, Sydorenko and Partners in its first independent rating of the 50 Best Law Firms in Ukraine.
