Recently, in Kiev, a ceremony was held to award the winners of the LIGA:ZAKON AWARDS 2019 rating, organized by the largest developer of legal information and service solutions for business in Ukraine - Liga:Zakon.

The managing partner of Skliarenko, Sydorenko & Partners, Oleksandr Skliarenko, who was a member of the jury, slightly opened the backstage of the rating in a comment on the YURLIGA portal.

“Since LIGA: THE LAW allowed the participants to the methodology (which gave an understanding of what the evaluation should be based on, namely the evaluation was carried out in confidence), I joined the jury with pleasure,” he said, describing his approach to evaluating the nominees.

“Unfortunately, some reacted irresponsibly to the competition, giving only general figures: the number of cases and the amount of funds collected, for which they received minimal marks from me,” O. Skliarenko explained his position. - Other nominees described their legal position, how they were able to prove it in court, and how this should affect the practice. If the case number was indicated, I could familiarize myself with the whole process in the registry. I am a strict judge, but I rated them very high”.
