Transfer of property to management of Asset Recovery and Management Agency: how to protect the interests of the business will be told by Andrey Trigub at the Legal High School

The institution of management of seized property is aimed at preventing the possibility of loss of the property in relation to which there is reason to believe that it is evidence of a crime, or is subject to special confiscation. In this case, seizure can be imposed both on property under the jurisdiction of law enforcement agencies, and on property held by third parties.

On the basis of the relevant court decision, the Asset Recovery and Management Agency has a set of rights to organize the management of seized property, which during the seizure have legal priority over the rights of any third parties with respect to such property, including the rights of the owner.
